I went to Proformance in preparation for cycling from John O'Groats to Lands End. The strength & conditioning programme & nutritional advice enabled me to hit my daily mileage targets & to function from when I got on the bike until the time I finished. I'd also been getting pain in my knees which with their help I was able to remedy this issue.
